First off, this isn't quite the right place to request aid, but no biggie.

Next, some advice for your nation. You're not currently engaged in any wars, nor is war imminent (at least as far as I know) so go ahead and change your defcon to 5, for peace time readiness. This will increase your citizen's happiness rate, which equals more taxes.

Same goes for your threat level. I can't see what you have it set at, but you should have it set to low. This will also ensure maximum happiness for your citizens.

You have also purchased quite a bit of land for a nation that's only a day old. While this boosts your NS and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, at this point you really have no need to own that much land. As long as your population density is no higher than 30 people per square mile, you won't suffer from any happiness penalty.

Tech...this is a biggie for a nation your size. Tech at this point does virtually nothing for your nation...but you can make a lot of money selling it to larger nations. Sign up for some tech deals and you'll have money rolling in in no time.

And max out your trades. Sometimes it takes awhile, and you may be tempted to try to get the best trade group possible right out of the gates, but for now just get what you can without doubling up on resources. A little later on you can begin refining your trades and working on bonus resources.

Another factor I can't see but will let you in on as well is your military. At peace time your soldiers should be roughly between 20-25% of your population. This keeps your happiness up, and anarchy away without spending more money on upkeep than is necessary. If you have purchased Cruise Missiles go ahead and decom them. They cost too much money to maintain during peace time.

And set your tax rate to the maximum. This will affect your happiness somewhat, but the revenue gained is worth it.

Honestly war wreaks havoc on a nations economy, and as a nation as young as yours your economy won't be able to handle it.

Also, asking for aid just to spend on a non sanctioned war is not well advised. When a nation aids another, it's for economic growth, or in some cases war support when the alliance is in a state of war.
