but to do tech deals, do i need to increase my technology level for it ?
( have 0.5 atm )

The way tech deals work is nation A sends you (nation B). You use the money to buy 50 tech, then when the foreign aid expires you send the tech to nation A. You will still have cash left over, buy another 50 tech, then ten days later send it to your buyer (nation A.)

Rinse, repeat, and rake in the cash.

sorry for the inconvience, but your right about considering to play the game seriously or not at all.
thanks for all the quick manuals and information. they made me realise this game is gonna take
quite some effort and time to actually getting somewhere. ( more then i want to spend on a game atm )
so i have decided to leave the game before half assed promises ( from my side ) would have
been made and then realising it was not my kind of game anyway.
